History: Bodega Argento is an Argentine winery, focused on organic and sustainable wines, located in Cruz de Piedra, Maipu, Mendoza, at the foothills of the Andes mountain range. It was founded in 2012 with the premise of leading the production of organic and sustainable wines to preserve in each bottle the best of this region. The vineyards are located in the traditional region of Mendoza and the Uco Valley.

Regional information: This wine is made with grapes from Maipu, Mendoza. This viticulture region has sandy soils and it's located at 700 meter above sea level.

Vinification: Harvest was the first days of March. Fermentation takes place in concrete tanks with selected yeast at 25°C during seven days to keep the fresh fruit notes. Pump overs intensity changes depending of stage of alcoholic fermentation. Malolactic fermentation take place with medium toast French oak.
