INGREDIENTS: Roasted Red Pepper, Aubergine, Courgette, Butternut Squash, Pea Flour, Haricot Beans, Onion, Sundried Tomato Purée (Water, Rapeseed Oil, Sundried Tomatoes, White Wine Vinegar, Garlic Purée, Basil, Salt, Rosemary Powder, Black Pepper), Chickpeas, Water, Olive Oil, Pea Fibre, Pea Starch, Stabiliser: Methyl Cellulose; Roast Garlic Purée, Salt, Yeast Extract, Basil, Thyme, Rosemary, Cracked Black Pepper, Rapeseed Oil, Preservative: Sodium Metabisulphite (Sulphites); Radish Concentrate, Carrot Concentrate, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid.

 

Sausages coated in Sodium Alginate Casing.

Preparation and Safety

Cooking instructions: Grill

Grill from chilled. Before cooking: Preheat grill on a medium setting. Remove all packaging and place veggie sausages on the grill pan rack under the grill. During cooking: Cook under a medium heat for 13 minutes, turning approximately every 2-3 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot.

 

Cooking instructions: ShallowFry

For best results pan fry from chilled. Before cooking: Preheat hob on a high setting. Preheat 1tbsp (15ml) of oil in a pan. Remove all packaging and place the veggie sausages into the pan. During cooking: Cook for 10 minutes, turning frequently. After cooking: Check food is piping hot.

If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking.

For use by date: see front of pack. Keep refrigerated, once opened consume within 2 days and do not exceed the use by date.
